Connected Kerb strengthens leadership team

Connected Kerb has made two new appointments to its senior management team with George Donoghue joining as Chief Technical Officer and Lynne Toogood coming onboard as the firm’s new Chief Operations Officer. 

The company, which is a provider of electric vehicle infrastructure solutions, recently announced a nationwide expansion of its charging network and has international growth plans for 2022.

Chris Pateman-Jones, CEO of Connected Kerb, said: “We are really honouredand excited to have Lynne and George on board and welcome them both. Their energy and knowledge of technology will be an asset to the business and will continue to help drive our operations forward as we seek to implement our EV transition agenda.” 

George brings over 25 years of experience in the energy sector in which his previous roles include positions as CTO for Calisen and COO at Calvin Capital. He has played key roles in developing the smart metering solutions that are now in circa 10 million homes in the UK today. 

Following the relocation of previous COO Andy Carr to Australia, Lynn will take over from Andy while he focuses his time on the development of the Australia / Asia Pacific Connected Kerb business. 

Lynne brings a wealth of experience in delivering complex, high-value technology programmes. She entered the mobile network arena in 2010 after a successful career in international private and public sector technology integration in the US, Asia and Europe, and her roles have included Head of Mobile Development and Programme Director at BT Technology. Lynne has now relocated back to the UK from her home in Switzerland where she was Director of Technical Steering at Sunrise telecommunications.
