An experienced leader in developing integrated solutions and supporting the transition to new technologies across both public and private sector, specialising in the built environment and EV infrastructure. Paul’s experience in EV ranges from small single site deployments, Rapid EV hubs, fleet solutions and large-scale public networks with a mix of AC and DC charging technology. Currently, serving as Chief Development Officer for Zest, he is dedicated about creating an equitable EV solution, ensuring that all can transition to an EV. Paul has a background in estates management within the public sector starting his career in the NHS, before taking up roles in large multinational organisations supporting local and central government to manage strategic procurements and holds an MBA in Leadership from Manchester University.
