Funding announced for battery innovation projects

Projects exploring battery recycling, digital twins, new battery materials, and new manufacturing techniques have received funding from the Faraday Battery Challenge – supporting innovation in propulsion battery technologies for electric vehicles (EVs) in the UK.

EV infrastructure ‘Knowledge Repository’ launched to help councils

The National Electric Vehicle Insight and Strategy (NEVIS) service, developed by low emission transport experts Cenex, now includes a ‘Knowledge Repository’ which will provide local authorities with access to reliable, up-to-date information and guidance about electric vehicles (EVs) and EV Infrastructure (EVI) to inform charge point strategies and support effective deployments.
