Lisa is a senior leader at Transport for London with nearly 20 years’ experience across Bus Operations, where she has held a variety of roles spanning Bus Contracts, Bus Service Procurement, and commercial and financial negotiation with bus operators and key suppliers. Lisa currently leads the development of TfL’s Bus Safety and Customer strategies, driving improvements that enhance both operational performance and the passenger experience across London’s extensive bus network. Most notably, Lisa led the successful upgrade of the entire London bus fleet to meet Euro VI emissions standards – one of the largest and most ambitious clean air programmes for buses globally. Lisa has been instrumental in developing TfL’s Air Quality strategy, and now leads the strategic transition to a fully zero-emission bus fleet. She is responsible for setting the long-term vision and delivery approach, while supporting the continued rollout of zero-emission buses and pioneering trials of new technologies and infrastructure. Her work is central to ensuring London remains at the forefront of sustainable urban transport.
