Electric vehicle (EV) charge points for fleets firm Paua has announced a new integration with Eon Drive Infrastructure (EDRI).
The deal will see 22 new locations and 177 high-powered connectors into the Paua network. As a result, the expansion brings Paua’s footprint beyond 65,000 connectors.
EDRI sites have high-powered chargers which are “designed to support fast turnaround for time-sensitive fleet operations”, Paua said. Several sites also accommodate medium-sized vehicles.
In order to assist with clarity on vehicle types for EV charging, Paua has also introduced its own three-tiered vehicle size filters to bring clarity to fleet operators: small, which fit a standard bay; medium for larger vehicles such as 7.5 tonne trucks; and large, for articulated 40 tonne vehicles and HGVs.
This new integration includes a number of medium-ready sites, making it easier for operators to filter by vehicle size and route effectively, it said.
The new EDRI locations are now live and accessible via Paua Access, with location data, connector types, and power levels fully integrated into the platform.
Business drivers can start using the new sites immediately; no new cards, no new apps, just seamless charging.
