In the latest edition of Talking Transport + Energy, Founder and Editorial Director of T+E Alec Peachey speaks to Dr. Ben Silverstone, the Head of Skills Policy and Strategy at Warwick Manufacturing Group (WMG).
Silverstone is an associate professor who specialises in workforce transformation, green technology and electrification skills.
Prior to his academic and strategic leadership career, Dr. Silverstone spent 15 years serving in the Royal Navy and HM Coastguard.
Today, his primary focus is identifying future skills gaps and building frameworks to help the UK workforce adapt to technological disruptions.
He sat down with Alec to discuss these issues.
