The full agenda for the Transport + Energy Forum 2025 at Warwick Conferences on 20 November has been announced.

The collaborative forum for integrated transport energy and EV charging policy has revealed a diverse and packed agenda for the day-long event on Thursday, 20 November at Warwick Conferences.

The agenda features over 30 speakers across 16 sessions including panel discussions, fireside chats, TED style talks and a roundtable.

Taking the theme ‘Commitment to certainty: delivering the future for decarbonisation’, the programme is divided into sections tackling ‘The Conversation’, ‘The Delivery’ and ‘The Future’.

Highlights include:

  • Recorded update from Perran Moon, Chair, All-Party Parliamentary Group on Electric Vehicles
  • Fireside Chat on ‘what it takes to deliver a decarbonised transport system’, with Dr Andy Palmer, Founder and CEO, Palmer Automotive
  • Southwark’s EV journey, presented by Perry Hazell, Business Manager, Southwark Council
  • ‘Collaborating with councils’ interactive roundtable session addressing key issues faced by the public sector
  • Presentation by Russell Fowler, Acting Head of Connection Delivery, National Highways on rolling out EV charging on the strategic road network
  • Four panel sessions which include representatives from The AA, UK100, ADE, UK Power Networks, Oxfordshire CC, ChargeUK, JLR, Energy Networks Association and SSEN Distribution

The forum has a special focus for local authorities, with 60+ fully funded places for qualifying representatives, plus industry leaders from across the private sector.

On the evening of the Forum, the Transport + Energy Awards will be presented at a dinner – 13 awards which recognise excellence in product, projects, collaborations, teams and individuals.
