Transmission owners welcome net zero plans outlined by National Grid ESO

The three GB electricity transmission owners (TOs) – National Grid Electricity Transmission, SSEN Transmission and SP Transmission – have welcomed the publication by National Grid ESO of the ‘Pathway to 2030’ documents, which sets out the blueprint for the grid infrastructure required to deliver 2030 offshore wind targets and a pathway to net zero emissions.
