Tesla plans to release £20k EV in 2023 possibly with no steering wheel

Elon Musk has told Tesla employees that the automaker is aiming to release its previously announced $25,000 (approx £18-20k) electric car in 2023. Musk also suggested it might not even be equipped with a steering wheel.
