Britishvolt set to acquire German battery cell manufacturer EAS

Britishvolt has signed an agreement with the Monbat Group, one of Europe’s leading battery solutions companies, to purchase its subsidiary EAS - the advanced technology battery cell innovator and manufacturer based in Nordhausen, Germany.
