Nick has spent his career driving real estate decarbonisation – advising governments, investors and global property firms on net-zero strategy. Nick is a co-founder of Enquip with over 20 years’ experience in clean heat and power. Nick provides senior oversight of the ENQUIP client project, ensuring alignment with net zero objectives and investment priorities. He has led five Innovate-UK funded projects and advised major businesses, cities, and institutional investors on the clean energy transition.
