Michael is founder and MD of Flexible Power Systems (FPS), a technology company specialising in digital platforms and infrastructure solutions for electric vehicle fleets, working across vans, HGVs and TRUs at every stage of the electrification journey to realise the operational benefits of commercial EVs. FPS Operate is an award-winning platform already used by fleets like Wincanton, John Lewis and Welch Group to automate management of their EV charging and vehicle operations in real-time, augmented by advanced features such as vehicle/ route allocations, charge schedule optimization and infrastructure sharing.
