Mark drove his first EV in 2008 (a plug-in Prius prototype) and was immediately hooked. He led the Electric Vehicle team at EDF Energy early on in the UK market, and more recently developed a large-scale commercial Rapid Charging Hub programme for TfL. Mark has sat on a number of industry committees and steering/advisory groups in both eMobility and heat electrification, while maintaining his own body of insight data focused on end user behaviour and priorities. His overall goal is to democratise access to infrastructure as electrification accelerates.
Mark joined Trojan in May 2021 as Head of Business Development, leading on marketing, sales and public affairs. As the EV switch accelerates, meeting the infrastructure challenges become ever more urgent. Access, usability and fairness is his mission.
