Jenny Figueiredo is part of the Zero Emissions Vehicles and Energy Integration Team at Innovation Oxfordshire, part of Oxfordshire County Council.
Jenny is currently leading on Oxfordshire’s roll-out of public EV infrastructure using the government’s ‘LEVI’ grant. Previously Jenny delivered the Park and Charge Oxfordshire project – installing EV charging hubs in council-owned car parks – off the back of which she launched a county-wide pilot of EV car clubs. Jenny is passionate about how this kind of innovative EV infrastructure can bring about positive behaviour change and influence smart travel choices.
With 10 years’ experience in partnership and communications roles in sustainability in the public and charity sectors, Jenny has organised dozens of EV engagement events and delivered successful communications campaigns on all things EV.
In previous roles, Jenny worked for sustainability charity WRAP and led their Love Food Hate Waste digital campaign, and worked for Oxford City Council where she set up and ran Oxford’s city-wide festival of sustainability: Oxford Green Week.
