Faizan is the Decarbonisation Programme Director at First Bus, leading the company’s ambitious transition to sustainable transport. Under his leadership, the electric vehicle (EV) fleet has grown from 200 ZEVs across four sites to over 650 ZEVs at more than 10 locations in 2023/24, with plans to surpass 900 ZEVs by 2025. He oversees programme strategy, mobilisation, and product across the First Bus network, including pioneering initiatives that enable businesses and organisations to use First Bus depot charging infrastructure while buses are in service.
