Currently, as Lead EVCI Solution Architect for the Metropolitan Police, she oversees the design and rollout of scalable EV infrastructure for one of the UK’s largest blue-light fleets.
As the founder of Clear Generation Limited, Effie provides expert consultancy on e-mobility and the energy transition. Her leadership experience includes roles as Managing Director (UK & Europe) at Wevo Energy, UK Director at Easee, and Product Director at Ohme.
Earlier in her career, she led global product portfolios for Sony Europe and HTC. With a background spanning software engineering and electronics, Effie specialises in bridging the gap between complex technical architecture and commercial strategy to deliver sustainable, resilient growth.
