With 20 years of experience in local authorities, Ed has developed and delivered many key sustainable and recycling projects that have been recognised nationally and internationally. With operations and fleet management responsibilities, he recently led Westminster City Council’s largest fleet decarbonisation project, which removed over 2,000 tonnes of CO₂ emissions from Westminster streets. Ed was recognised as one of the top 100 most influential people in the fleet industry by GreenFleet UK and won multiple awards for most sustainable fleet strategy and public sector fleet of the year.
Ed is also a national representative at LARAC (Local Authority Recycling Advisory Committee) and a member of the policy team, where he helps to shape new waste and recycling legislations.
