Daniel is a Partner in the CMS Energy & Infrastructure Team, leading our transport decarbonisation group.
He has recently held senior legal and executive roles at bp Pulse, Pod Point and fleet and depot electrification specialist, VEV.
He brings:
- a deep understanding of the sector having helped his clients develop strategy, new business models and contractual frameworks to raise capital and scale;
- first-hand experience navigating the evolving regulatory landscape and associated legal and operational issues and risk;
- a strong ‘client-side’ perspective on the transport and energy transition, having advised on policy, transaction structuring and execution including M&A, JVs, financings and path-finding commercial projects.
Daniel is an energy and infrastructure projects lawyer and spent over twelve years at a global firm with a Tier 1 Energy & Infrastructure practice.
He has advised financial and strategic investors, developers, lenders, utilities, and offtakers on power and infrastructure projects around the world.
He advises on all project documents, including concession agreements, supply contracts, construction, O&M, PPAs and other offtake agreements being developed within different procurement, regulatory and financing frameworks.
