Mark drove his first EV in 2008 after early career experience in electricity market operations and retail. After being bitten by the EV bug he decided on a career shift and was successful in being asked to lead the new EV business at EDF UK from 2012 until prior to their Pod Point acquisition. He joined Transport for London developing the commercial Rapid Charging Hub programme using the TfL property portfolio. Mark has been a member of several steering/advisory groups in both transport and heat electrification, and currently chairs RECHARGE UK at the REA and sits on the REA Policy Board.
