Kieran leads Brighton & Hove Council’s EV Infrastructure team, driving a government-backed initiative to expand the city’s charging network. Under his leadership, Brighton & Hove has become the UK’s best-connected city outside London, with over 500 chargepoints and exceptional accessibility for residents without off-street parking.

With a career spanning three decades in transport and mobility, Kieran began at Westminster City Council, managing Europe’s largest parking operation before spearheading service transformation through technology and policy. His passion for innovation led him to AppyWay as Regional Director for Asia-Pacific, followed by consultancy roles in e-mobility and smart transport.

Kieran has chaired the Department for Transport’s Smarter Parking Forum and remains active with industry bodies in the UK and Australia. He brings deep expertise in EV infrastructure, parking strategy, and future mobility trends.
