Relevant for: Distribution network operators (DNOs) who have worked to accelerate the transition to clean energy and transport.

This award will provide recognition for a DNO which has worked with wider sector stakeholders to accelerate the transition to clean energy and transport.

Summary of suggested entry content:

Demonstrate how the energy network has worked to accelerate progress including working with wider stakeholders to speed up connections to the grid, helped bring low carbon technologies on stream, introduction of new innovations, infrastructure rollout, use of flexibility, etc.
Overall benefit to network and stakeholder partners
Detail of efficiency, cost and carbon savings brought about through the implementation of these things

Criteria should include:

Challenges and how were they overcome (e.g. speeding up connections to the grid; cross-sector collaboration; speed of putting EV charging infrastructure live)
