Claire Hudson is Product Owner for Energy at Motability Operations, one of Europe’s largest fleet operators, where she leads work on energy flexibility. Her focus is on turning the Motability Scheme’s growing fleet of electric vehicles into a resource that supports the grid and brings real value to customers, through smart charging and vehicle-to-grid technology.
Before joining Motability Operations, Claire spent eight years as a Business Transformation consultant at EY, helping organisations deliver complex change across the energy and infrastructure sectors, including a secondment to Kraken Technologies. She has worked on the energy transition throughout her career – a cause she genuinely cares about.
