John Whybrow is the Chief Technology Officer for Voltloader, the UK’s first and only all-electric HGV haulage company. John is leveraging his most recent experience from 2.5 years at Gridserve where he delivered the Electric Freightway ZEHID programme in partnership with Innovate UK and HM Government, and now leads the development of Voltloader’s charging network. John has more than 25 years’ experience of building commercial businesses from sustainable innovation in mobility, energy, IT and cleantech, from a career spanning roles with Accenture, Carbon Trust, Hitachi and startup/scale-up companies.
