Energy technology firm Schneider Electric is bringing its charging solution Schneider StarCharge Fast 720 to the UK.

The electric vehicle (EV) charging solution is designed for commercial and industrial sites as well as fleet operators.

It delivers up to 720 kW of power and can charge up to 12 vehicles simultaneously, supporting the growing demand for EVs across the UK, it said.

With 97% efficiency, Schneider StarCharge Fast 720 aims to set “a new benchmark for productivity and sustainability in EV infrastructure, providing a future-proof solution for charge point operators and businesses seeking reliable, high-performance infrastructure”, it said.

Its dynamic load management aims to ensure optimal charging for diverse vehicle types, including e-trucks, buses, and passenger cars.

The solution’s decentralised architecture also offers flexibility, with operators positioning up to six dispensers within an 80-metre radius of the Boost Pro+ Power Cabinet, enabling scalable configurations for any site.

This design aims to minimise grid connections, simplify installation, and reduce noise for a better user experience.

Schneider StarCharge Fast 720 also includes lifecycle support, from installation to tailored maintenance plans, backed by 24/7 assistance and remote monitoring via Schneider Electric’s EcoStruxure Energy Asset Portal.
