Hallie’s Hideaway and Transport + Energy would like to thank all of the attendees of the Transport + Energy Awards for their generosity at this year’s event, smashing the initial target for the charity.

Attendees donated £3,450 to-date to the charity which was created in memory of Hallie Reeve, after losing her battle with childhood Leukaemia, age 2.

The charity provides families, with children facing childhood cancer and other life-threatening illnesses, with a beautiful holiday home to enjoy precious time as a family, away from home and hospital.

Hallie’s Hideaway understands how important memories are with their number one aim being to help families to make their own memories to last a lifetime in our lodge outside the New Forest.

A short break away from the stresses and pressures of childhood cancer, and other illnesses, gives families time to relax, recharge and reconnect.

Transport + Energy are proud to support raising money for Hallie’s Hideaway, and thanks you for your support.

AA fleet and commercial director, Duncan Webb, who is a trustee of the charity, and Hallie’s grandfather, said:

“It was amazing for the Transport +Energy awards 2025 to support Hallie’s Hideaway.

“The generosity of attendees, raising over £3,400, will ensure that 15 families of children diagnosed with life threatening or life limiting cancer, can make memories to last a lifetime at our Lodge near the New Forest.

“Our charity and family know how precious those memories become and we thank everyone at the awards and the Transport +Energy team for their support”

Alec Peachey, Founder and Editorial Director at Transport + Energy, said:

“We are proud at Transport + Energy to support Hallie’s Hideaway. Supporting charities such as Hallie’s Hideaway is important to us as a brand and in the community.

“I’m delighted that attendees of this year’s Transport + Energy Awards 2025 gave so generously to this charity, which does so much to support childhood cancer and other illnesses.”
