EV infrastructure solutions firm Amplify EV and EV roaming solutions for fleets company Paua have announced a strategic partnership for the UK market.
The collaboration will deliver an integrated offering to public and fleet charging operators; combining Amplify EV’s nationwide capabilities in installation, commissioning, and operations & maintenance with Paua’s roaming
technology, which connects fleets to thousands of charge points across multiple networks.
Amplify EV and Paua said they will provide a “seamless, scalable, and open solution designed to simplify infrastructure delivery and charging access for UK fleets”.
Paua provides fleets with a unified way to manage EV charging at scale, offering access to more than 69,000 connectors through one app, one card, and a single consolidated bill. The Paua fleet dashboard delivers advanced insights and cost controls that help operators manage energy use across diverse fleets.
Its platform integrates seamlessly with partner systems through APIs, while Paua Share connects drivers to private depots and Paua Reimburse ensures accurate home charging repayment.
The partnership aligns with both companies “shared vision of an open, collaborative, and sustainable EV charging landscape, one that delivers greater reliability for operators, flexibility for fleets, and a smoother experience for drivers”, they added.
Stuart Douglas, Chief Operating Officer and Co-Founder of Amplify EV, said:
“This partnership is about removing barriers for fleet operators. By integrating Paua’s roaming expertise with our end-to-end infrastructure support, we’re giving operators more control, flexibility, and choice, enabling a better experience for drivers and a stronger foundation for growth.”
Anne Buckingham, Chief Commercial Officer and Co-Founder of Amplify EV, said:
“Collaboration is essential to building a truly connected EV ecosystem. Working with Paua allows us to deliver interoperability at every level, supporting our shared goal of making EV charging easier, more reliable, and more accessible for everyone.”
Niall Riddell, CEO and Founder of Paua, said:
“Paua’s mission is to make EV charging simple for fleets. Our platform gives businesses confidence to electrify without the headache of fragmented charging networks. Partnering with Amplify EV brings together two companies focused on practical innovation, combining reliable hardware support with a connected, data-driven charging experience.
“This partnership enables a more connected and data driven experience for fleet operators across the UK. Together we are strengthening the UK’s EV charging network and accelerating the transition to zero-emission transport.”
