Perry Hazell is a senior infrastructure and innovation leader with over 17 years of experience across private & public sector asset management, lighting, and sustainable transport. As Business Manager for Southwark Council, Perry has led pioneering initiatives in electric vehicle infrastructure, including the borough’s transition to an ambitious own-and-operate charging model.
He is also the Immediate Past President of the Institution of Lighting Professionals and chairs the London EV Officers Group, championing collaboration across boroughs and industry. With a background in electrical engineering and a passion for social value, Perry combines technical expertise with strategic vision to drive decarbonisation, smarter cities, and equitable access to infrastructure.
