Fleet management firm CBVC Vehicle Management has launched a used electric vehicle (EV) leasing service for business and personal customers.
Responding to increasing demand for cost-effective fleet electrification, CBVC said it is now offering fully maintained, one-owner used EVs with flexible lease terms.
The new service from the fleet management specialist include:
- Advance rental of 1 month
- Flexible contracts – from 12 to 48 months
- High quality used cars – from 2 to 4 years old
- Full maintenance – including replacement tyres (subject to normal wear and tear)
- Road tax, MOT & breakdown cover included
- In-stock vehicles for immediate delivery
- Fixed cost rentals
CBVC has elected to work with Lex Autolease to ensure high quality vehicle supply. The company said that “used EV leasing represents a highly cost-effective option for businesses”, and as an example, a 2021 MINI Hatchback Cooper S is available on a four-year, 5,000 mile a year business lease for £221 a month.
The firm has recently renewed its contract with Europcar Mobility Group UK for the supply and fleet management of employee company cars.
The partnership has already driven a significant carbon reduction, cutting average CO2 emissions from 129 g/km to 29 g/km per vehicle.
Mike Manners, Managing Director of CBVC Vehicle Management, said:
‘CBVC is delighted to introduce used EV leasing for personal customers and businesses, which aligns with our strategy to support fleets with decarbonisation.
“It provides customers with a really cost-effective way to make the move to EVs. The demand so far has been incredibly strong, particularly as businesses are looking for cost-saving solutions in a challenging economic climate.”
