Charging payment firm Paua has partnered with Sainsbury’s electric vehicle (EV) charging network Smart Charge.
The collaboration will give Paua users access to Smart Charge’s ultra-rapid chargers at 69 key locations across the country, adding more than 550 renewable-powered chargers, which are designed with driver accessibility in mind.
Strategically located at Sainsbury’s locations across the UK with 100% renewable energy, the ultra-rapid chargers aim to offer convenience, enabling fleet and business drivers to quickly charge their vehicles.
With a focus on accessibility, as well as providing big bays and ease of use, the chargers “make EV charging effortless for drivers of all experience levels”, the firm said.
The partnership also builds on Paua’s national footprint, accessing more than 58,000 charge points at more than 18,500 locations nationwide.
