Speakers include, Neil Halls, the director of B2B fleet and mobility payments at Visa, and Rachel Beaton, commercial director of Octopus Fleet, alongside chair from Transport + Energy, James Evison.

Neil works for Visa in Europe, specialising in Fleet, Mobility, and Employee Benefit payment solutions. Before joining Visa, Neil built a strong foundation in the automotive industry, spending seven years at BMW and MINI Head Office, where he gained extensive experience in OEM.

Rachel brings over 15 years of experience across the tech industry, having worked across insurance tech, proptech and the last few years in eMobility. Having had a squiggly career path, including product, data, project delivery, compliance and currently commercial & financial strategy, Rachel has a unique perspective on how technology can be used to tackle the challenges facing fleets at this inflection point in the transition to EV.

As Commercial Director at Octopus Fleet, Rachel’s mission is to understand business challenges, solve complex problems and blend her passion for sustainability to partner with businesses as they electrify their fleets and beyond using the innovative suite of Octopus Fleet products.
