The Transport + Energy Forum has been described as ‘world class’ by delegates and attendees of the event with an Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 73.9%.
Delegates expressed a “consistently strong sense of satisfaction with the T+E Forum 2025”, frequently describing it as a focused, purposeful, and highly worthwhile event.
Many attendees highlighted its “clarity of intent and the quality of the programme”, with one attendee remarking that it was “such a good event… great value for money”, while another affirmed that it was “one of the most informative sets of sessions” that they had attended.
The NPS score reveals that a significant majority would actively recommend the forum to peers and colleagues in the sector.
Participants also placed value on the forum’s format and atmosphere, noting that it “struck an effective balance between structured content and genuine engagement”.
Several delegates appreciated the intimacy and focus compared to larger exhibitions, with one observing that the forum was “much more focused… not like very busy running around”, and another emphasising the benefit of having “a captive audience, which is great”.
Beyond the formal sessions, attendees consistently remarked on the event’s usefulness as a platform for connection, reflection, and sector-wide insight. Many reported achieving their personal objectives for the day, whether reconnecting with contacts, meeting new partners, or gaining clarity on emerging industry challenges.
A delegate summarised this succinctly: “Really enjoyed it. Great content. Good speakers. Lots of interesting conversation. Glad I came!”

Delegates repeatedly emphasised that the T+E Forum 2025 offered exceptional networking opportunities, distinguishing it from larger, less focused exhibitions. Attendees valued the ability to engage in meaningful conversations without the dispersal and noise often associated with major trade shows.
One participant observed that the event enabled “good outcome… good to connect with each other”, while another stated that the Forum provided “a captive audience, which is great”, enabling discussions to progress naturally rather than being rushed.
For many exhibitors and suppliers, the presence of the right decision-makers, especially from local authorities, was “a defining feature of the day”. Several described the Forum as “the best event of the year for getting to local authorities”, noting that genuine dialogue was both possible and frequent.
Delegates also reported that the networking sessions were constructive, well-timed, and effective in supporting their objectives. Some used the event to reconnect with existing contacts, while others identified new partnerships or opportunities.
