The third edition of the Transport + Energy Awards has officially been announced, celebrating outstanding achievements across the transport and energy sectors.

The awards will take place on the evening of the Transport + Energy Forum on 20 November at Warwick Conferences.

Transport + Energy has confirmed that this year’s awards will spotlight the vision, innovation, and determination demonstrated by individuals, organisations, and partnerships driving change across the industry.

Reflecting the rapid pace of progress and the growing importance of collaboration and talent development, four new award categories have been introduced for 2025. These include accolades for private sector fleet partnerships, outstanding charging sites, as well as two new people-focused honours: Team of the Year and Impact, which recognises an individual who has made an outstanding contribution to the wider sector.

There are 15 award categories open for entry, designed to be inclusive of professionals from all corners of the transport and energy sectors. Entry is free, and companies are encouraged to submit applications for as many categories as they wish.

“Our awards not only raise the profile of standout projects and teams, but also celebrate the contributions of collaborators and stakeholders. Finalists and winners will benefit from a coordinated marketing campaign that we will run across multiple channels before, during, and after the awards evening” commented Transport + Energy Founder and Editorial Director Alec Peachey. “I urge companies across the sector to review our category list and prepare their entries, as the deadline is Friday 18 July”.

The organisers are delighted to welcome sponsors Trojan Energy, AFRY and the AA, who also supported the awards in 2024.

Key dates: entry deadline Friday 18 July, judging Friday 12 September, finalists announcement Monday 15 September.
