Electric Miles has officially launched its emPACT (Electric Miles Platform for Accelerating Clean Technologies) Charge Point Management System.

Designed for businesses, fleet operators, and bus depots to manage EV infrastructure and electric fleets, it offers real-time control of EV chargers, advanced diagnostics maintenance functionality, and smart energy management.

Aiming to streamline operations and maximising revenue potential, it has been built with flexibility, scalability, energy intelligence and seamless revenue management at its core.

The firm designed the product to answer to the industry’s growing need for a smart, reliable platform with electric fleets in mind. emPACT can respond to real-time grid signals, shift EV charging intelligently, and unlock recurring revenue, it said.

The platform offers smart charging, dynamic scheduling, dispatch planning, telematics integration to boost the efficiency of charger and electric fleet.

Advanced diagnostics and maintenance are achieved with real-time visibility, historical insights, and proactive issue resolution tools, and an EV network’s control tower minimising downtime as well as resolving issues remotely.

The product leverages AI-driven energy optimisation to tap into the greenest, most cost-effective tariffs and participate in grid flexibility programs for added savings, the firm said.

The company said it was already rolling out emPACT with launch partners like Ryze Power and Vestel Mobility, and more deployments are in the pipeline.

Arun Anand, CEO of Electric Miles, said:

“We didn’t just build another CPMS. emPACT represents a significant leap forward in EV infrastructure management.

“It’s not just a CPMS — it’s key component of a broader smart energy ecosystem, built to help operators, fleets and grid stakeholders thrive in the rapidly evolving electrification landscape. Built to scale, built for uptime, and built with the operator in mind.”
