APCOA has announced a live data partnership with Zapmap, helping electric vehicle drivers find EV chargers and plan their journeys with real time, up to the minute availability.

Drivers can look for APCOA charge points using the network filter on the Zapmap app where they can also search for charging types and speeds compatible with their own vehicle.

APCOA now operates more than 750 EV charging points in the UK with facilities varying from two units at King William Car Park in Hull to 160 at Reading station. EV charging is one of the central pillars of APCOA’s core business, key to a more sustainable future and part of a versatile, and future orientated approach to getting the best from each and every parking space.

APCOA’s Regional Managing Director UK&I and Group ESG Director Kim Challis commented: “APCOA’s live data partnership with Zapmap is another positive step in the direction of a more sustainable future, making it easier for EV drivers to plan their journeys and use real time information to inform their decisions. With an ever-increasing network of chargers across the UK, supported by a 24/7 manned customer service centre, APCOA parking and charging solutions are a convenient and reliable choice for customers.”
