Rt Hon. Dame Andrea Leadsom DBE MP visited classic car ‘electrification’ company, Lunaz, recently, to view their most recent efforts and their ongoing business plans.

Lunaz Design specialises in restoring and re-imagining classic cars with a new battery electric power train.

On her recent visit to their Silverstone base, Dame Leadsom MP, met with David Lorenz their Founder, and other team members to find out more about their business model and their plans for the future.

Commenting on her visit on her blog, Dame Leadsom wrote: “Lunaz is at the heart of ‘motorsport valley,’ yet their positive approach to remanufacturing and up-cycling is inspirational, offering a proactive and sustainable way to reaching our net zero goals in transport.

“Why throw stuff away, when you can remanufacture? The company is already creating economic benefit for our area and is helping to project Silverstone’s position as a rapidly growing centre of excellence in clean-technology.”

Lunaz has recently seen high-profile interest from the likes of David Beckham, who joined the Barclay, Reuben and Dellal families, in investing in the rapidly growing vehicle electrification company.
