Kent County Council (KCC) will highlight how they were able to put together a project where EV charging infrastructure was delivered to multiple villages and parishes across the county.

The local authority has joined forces with Connected Kerb, KCS Professional Services and Energy Saving Trust to deliver an event entitled ‘EV Charging Infrastructure : A Path To Electrifying Rural Areas’.

The webinar, which is being put on by Connected Kerb, is taking place on 13 May at 11.30am. It will provide an opportunity for local authorities to find out how they can lead the UK’s EV charging revolution, from procurement to installation, with a case study from KCC.

The event will feature the following panellists:

  • Tim Middleton, transport innovations programme manager, Kent County Council
  • Samantha Garvey, Framework Manager, KCS Professional Services
  • Stephen Rennie, Sales Director – Local Authorities, Connected Kerb
  • Alejandra Andrade, Project Manager, Energy Saving Trust

The event will be moderated by EVA England director Gill Nowell. You can find out more or register for the event here.
