Mark Born is Head of Academy & Operational Performance at The AA Driving School. Over a career spanning more than 20 years in Driver Education, he has developed learner drivers, driving instructors and training programmes across the globe, from Beijing to Los Angeles and many places in between. Mark has led transformational training initiatives at both The AA and Mercedes-Benz Driving Academy, pioneering innovative approaches including virtual reality-based instructor training. Today, he focuses on helping drivers and instructors prepare for the road and the changing future of mobility.
