Elizabeth has been working in innovation in the Zero Emission Vehicle (ZEV) sector since 2015, and joined Innovate Oxfordshire’s ZEV and Energy Integration Team as Lead Technologist in 2019.
Her projects in Oxfordshire have focused on innovative solutions for EV drivers without off-street parking, including new business models and infrastructure piloting, and delivery. Projects include OxGul-e, DoorSTEP Trial – Trojan Energy, Park & Charge Oxfordshire, and work on the development of GIS tools for infrastructure planning. She also led on Oxfordshire’s first Electric Vehicle Integration Strategy, working in partnership with Oxfordshire’s 5 district councils in 2020. Elizabeth is leading the council’s large scale roll-out of EV Cable channels funded by LEVI.
